 Being in a city location there was a lot of cars, people and dog barking that was captured.

Conclusions
Investigation Summery:
 During the investigation we were not able to verify any of the claims of the homeowner. However, we were also not able to disprove them as well. We checked the furniture that was reported to have been shaken and found the furniture to be sturdy and well made. We tried to recreate the footsteps and found the house to be very solid constructed and the sound did not travel to the down stairs.

During our interview process we learned that the house under goes a lot of painting and remodeling. It was also noted that second hand items were brought into the house all of the time. It is possible that the activity picks up during remodeling periods or an 'attachment' could have been brought into the house from a piece of second hand furniture.

Further, it was noted that activity increases during the holidays, which at the time we investigated there was not a holiday. However, we did trying singing some Christmas songs in hopes of getting a response.
In our opinion, based solely on the evidence collected at the
time of this investigation we believe this location to be:

Investigation Lessons Learned:
 Always double check the investigation location. We had a small mishap that the address that we had was actually for the daughter of the woman living in the house. Lucky for us, the address that we had was only 20 minutes from the correct location and a GPS to get us there.
