History of the Home/Area:

Much of the history of the location was lost in a fire at the county office many years ago. The home owner believed the house was built in the 1940's but our researched proved that it dated back prior to that time. | ||||||||||||||||||||||

Investigation Summery:
|
In the basement area that gives some people strange feeling we picked up some very high (60 plus) emf readings. This seems to be coming from a small transformer, possible for a door bell, and from some of the metal water pipes. EMF’s have been reported to cause the exact feelings that were described. The other thing that we noticed in the basement was that the gas furnace seems to be igniting very heavy and we suggested that if it had been a while since the furnace had been serviced the homeowner might want to consider having someone check it just to be on the safe side. We also recommend a carbon monoxide detector for the basement- once again just to be safe. |

Investigation Lessons Learned:
|
On all of our requirements we only ask that one or at the most two people from the family be in the house during the investigation. In this case the home owner was surprised that she had unexpected house gusts during our investigation. This extra amount of noise tainted most all of our audio recordings and with the amount of smoke in the house video was also effected.
Due to the extra contaminates in the house we stopped our investigation short. If this happens again at a different location the investigation will be stopped. From our experience at this location we now know that any evidence collect will not be usable. We did offer to investigate the home again when we could be assured of less people in the house. |
