Description of Location:
 Smaller home. around 800 square feet and it is used as a rental property.
Elevation of Location:
 720 feet above sea level

History of the Home/Area:
  • Built in 1958
  • Husband was murdered by his wife in 1991
  • Teenager hung himself in bathroom in 2007
  • Three past tenants have reported strange occurrences
Activity Reported:
 Pictures that had been hung on the walls were moved, water turning on by itself, furniture move, lights turn on and off by themselves, sounds of footsteps through out the home.

Conclusions
Investigation Summery:
 This was a follow up investigation from a location that we had a lot of success at in the past. However this time the activity was not as high as before. One possible reason could be due to the very cold temperatures. The house has been unheated during the winter months.
In our opinion, based solely on the evidence collected at the
time of this investigation we believe this location to be:

_ Paranormal activity, but not enough to consider it a haunting

Investigation Lessons Learned:
 For this investigation we set up our DVR equipment the day before the investigation and allowed the equipment to remain running for around 38 hours. Even though we did not pick up any video evidence we still feel this is a good procedure and we will do this again when we have the chance.

We also experimented with some cheap battery powered motion lights from a local 'large discount' store. To say that they were junk would be undersaturated. Of the three that we had one of them would not turn on at all and two of them would not turn off.

This was the second time that we have left an investigation location for a small break. Both times we have detected paranormal activity while we were gone. This will ceratin be a practice that we continue.
