Smaller home. around 800 square feet and it is used as a rental property.

 720 feet above sea level

 Very high emf reading recorded in two areas of the house- proved to be from man made sources.

Built in 1958

Husband was murdered by his wife in 1991

Teenager hung himself in bathroom in 2007

Three past tenants have reported strange occurrences
Activity Witnessed:
 Pictures that had been hung on the walls were moved, water turning on by itself, furniture move, lights turn on and off by themselves, sounds of footsteps
Information Collected
Investigation Summery:
 This was the first investigation that we have used room charging in hopes of capturing more evp's. From the initial results it appears we might have had good success. We will continue to experiment with the process.

One theory formed during the investigation based on the fact that pictures were know to be rearranging was that a female spirit may also be in the home. During the investigation, several pieces of evidence was collected to support this theory.
Personal Experiences:
 During the basement investigation the question was asked the the boy that committed suicide if he had a message to deliver to his cousin. At that moment a K-II meter flashed once- the only time the meter flashed during the entire 35 minutes the investigators were in that part of the house.

The house was left empty and under electronic surveyance for around 1 hour. Upon return the back door was found completely open. The door was checked to have been closed and locked before the investigators had left. This door had also been found open once by the home owner on an earlier date.

At one time during the investigation, all four investigators heard a woman's voice. The equipment did not capture that sound however after reviewing the evidence and evp was found during the conversation about the voice that was heard; the evp is part of this recording and it is the third evp listed below. During the last part of the investigation, both female investigators had moved to a different part of the house. Right after they had left, both male investigators smelled a very strong perfume smell. It was smell was described exactly by both men and it was verified that the two female investigators was not wearing perfume.
Video Findings:
 During the time of equipment setup, two investigators were in the basement setting up equipment when one of the DVR cameras was knocked over by an unseen force.

This evp was recorded in the basement while two investigators were getting ready to start asking questions in hopes of recording evp's. No questions had been asked before this evp was recorded. This voice has been confirmed by family members to be the voice of the boy that hung himself in the house in August 2007:

Additional Comments:
 During the investigation it was found that there are two very high sources of emf in the house. The thermostat in the hall way was giving off reading of around 140 and the breaker panel was giving of reading of 200 and higher- which is off from the scale of the meter. High emf readings of 20 or higher have been know to cause headaches, dizzy and the feelings of being watched.
