Below account from a theater member:

• There have been several stories of Paranormal activity, some of which I myself have encountered.
• A gentleman, we'll call him "Sam," who had been a part of the theatre back in the 80's was in the theatre alone one day, save his dog, who he brought with him frequentations was on the stage, painting the set, and his dog was on the floor, in front of the stage. Sam noticed that the canine had been quiet for quite some time and he looked to see if it was still there. The poor dog was really low to the floor; it's ears were pressed down and it's fur was standing on end. It seemed to be extremely frightened. Sam was immediately concerned and gathered up his belongings and the dog and left the theatre. A block down the road the dog was fine; giddy and excited as usual.
• There is a civil War Soldier who has been seen in various parts of Memorial Hall, the building in which RTP is located.
• There have been sighting of a woman in a white outfit, smoking a cigarette in the Green room at times, and wandering the theatre in others.
• The toilets in the Men's rest room in the theatre tend to flush themselves.
• On several occasions, actors have commented on the cloud of Ladies' perfume that lingers in one location for quite a while.
• The smell of cigarette smoke will appear from nowhere, as the building is very old and there is a strict regulation that no flames are lit inside the building.
• I, myself, heard a man's voice in one of the dressing rooms on a day when no one was in the theatre with me except two other women. A week later, my mother was in the area I was and later claimed to have heard a man's voice talking around the corner. When I likened the voice to that of a fellow actor's, she agreed that it was the same voice I heard a week before.
• I, being alone in the theater one night, heard the toilets in the men's rest room. I then heard the door open, and footsteps moving out of the rest room, towards me, though no one ever appeared.

• Numerous reports of batteries being drained during the investigations
• At one point in the basement during a heated discussion, the door was flung opened and rebounded twice on the wall from the force. However, no evidence was captured except for the audio.
• One investigators reported hearing what sounded like crying coming from the auditorium. No evidence could be found.

Odd mist or light reflection om the right side of the image:

This image came from the attic at about the same time that my digital recorder lost all of it battery power. Also, this image was taken pointing across the attic and away from all light sources.

In our opinion, these photographs are odd, however we do not have enough evidence to consider them paranormal.

At first glance this photograph does show some interesting light pattern However, after further review we feel it is the camera photographing the metering matrix from another camera. If you have other thoughts please e-mail us.
